PolyConnect 2.0 is a connected solution developed by Polytropic for remote supervision, preventive maintenance and technical assistance, for both professionals and private customers. The benefits for the user are numerous: access to all the parameters at any time, from a smartphone, tablet or computer, for example, to heat the pool or change the water temperature remotely. With just a few clicks, you can also access all the technical documentation, tutorials, videos and operating manuals.
When it comes to maintenance, the application continuously analyses your installation's data (water temperature, pressure, operating history, etc.) to detect anomalies at an early stage and limit the risk of breakdown. The result: fewer unscheduled stoppages, a longer lifespan for your equipment, and more targeted technical interventions. Professionals can intervene remotely to diagnose or adjust settings without having to travel, saving precious time.

To ensure optimum monitoring, PolyConnect records all your heat pump data for 5 years: alarms, temperatures, operating times and parameters. The application was developed in-house, and all our servers are based in France (RGPD compliant). It can be downloaded from the Apple Store and Google Play.
Live video support is now available as interactive technical support via smartphone, with secure screen sharing and live annotations. Our technicians in Lyon can resolve problems quickly, even with an average connection, while providing real-time monitoring.
PolyConnect includes a troubleshooting module that can be used by professionals and private customers alike. Intuitive and illustrated, it enables users to quickly identify faults, solve problems or prepare an after-sales file. Users can manage their equipment independently, even outside hotline hours.
